Shipping Policy

Processing & Production Time All Pickleball Rulez products are custom printed and fulfilled on demand. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 5–7 business days
• Canada & International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at pickleballrulez@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Note: As a print-on-demand store, we do not ship from a single warehouse — your order may ship from the fulfillment center closest to your location.
